Matthew Fankhauser

Attorney

Matthew Fankhauser is licensed to practice in Arizona and the federal district of Arizona. He graduated from Northern Arizona in 2001 and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2004. He currently resides in Phoenix with his wife, Christina, and two children.

Allison H. Pectol

Paralegal

Allison received her Undergraduate degree in Retail and Consumer Studies from the University of Arizona in 2000, and her paralegal certificate from Phoenix College in 2009. She collaborates closely with the attorney on all bankruptcy cases.

Allison understands that bankruptcy is such a hard decision for many people to make, and wants them to feel comfortable with the process. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
